I don't know if sentencing would.be harsher because of two offences at once.

What he gets is all up in the air. Smartest thing the club could do would be have Moore doing work with the Foundation and giving his moral character a buff up before his court date.

If this was me watching some bloke on Police Interceptors doing the same thing, I'd be shouting at the telly for them to Taser the fecker.

But you would expect him to be charged for all offenses to be dealt with in same case so looks like charges aren't being pressed for the potentially more serious offence.
