| Hi guys
Not many Bradford supporters will have visited the LSV yet and I’m sure you’ll find the stadium is up to scratch for a game like this (apart from the bar service which, in fairness, is getting better)
There are major issues with car parking though (just not enough spaces) as we have seen with the Tonga/Cook Islands WC game, a recent Elton John concert and the Castleford v Widnes CC semi-final.
Leigh RUFC has been approached by the LSV to provide additional parking similar to when we hosted the Castleford supporters last season.
We are situated around 15mins walk from the LSV and will provide a monitored car parking facility on hard standing for £2
Leigh RUFC
Hand Lane / Beech Walk
WN7 3NA
As with all voluntary amateur rugby clubs, any profit will go directly back into grassroots rugby
Thx for reading & have a great day on Sunday

| Paul, it's 25 minutes if you walk very quickly. If you leave the A580 'right turn' (East Lancashire Road) where it's signposted Leigh, then take the 1st right once you are on the by-pass....(fire station is on the left, right at the end) Turn right (A579) sign might say 'Leigh, Atherton, Bolton' then about 2 miles later, there will be streets on your left (schofield, ehterstone & diamond) you can park on any of these, permit free, and is a 10 minute walk to the ground (walking slowly !) The last final street is Diamond st. (the Centurion pub is on the corner) don't go past this, it will take you into the town centre.

Ok thanks. Perhaps rugby union people walk at twice the speed of us?
I'll have a look at Google maps tomorrow and pinpoint a good spot in the area you mention

| If you Bradford fans are intending to park at the Sports village, you should be aware that there is actually only one way off there to all routes, and sometimes the Leigh Stewards help out by taking charge of the directing of the Traffic away from the Ground, if the Stewards are helping out on Sunday ,anyone who has work on the Monday may be late for the start of your shift.
You're not wrong. Took the best part of 40 minutes to get out of the carpark outside the ground. You'd think they'd never seen a crowd before

| Parked at the RU club and it was a pleasant stroll to the ground, certainly don't begrudge paying £2 to park off the street and secure. Will try to remember this place for future visits. Had a traffic free exit as well until hitting the roadworks on the A580.

I second that; they even had a "map" of quick way to ground which most people photo'd on their Mobiles. Very obliging people at Leigh RU.

| We parked at Leigh Miners ground on Twist Lane a few minutes walk from LSV. Free to park and a nice clubhouse. Memorabilia on the clubhouse wall to remind me of my distant playing days with Dudley Hill over 30 years ago.
Good spot to get a decent getaway with a right turn then through the town centre to the East Lancs road.
