Well basically whoever puts their name down will be split into teams, which will then be set a number of 'very interesting' challenges. You get points for things and you all know what points make.
There'll be a couple or so prelim rounds, and then eliminators, leading to a GF. The team that wins is the winner.

You didn't get thrown out at all, you missed the last round due to (you claimed) sending your entry by post. This was an act of such brilliant stupidity that it was entirely in keeping with the competition spirit and I almost awarded you a bonus point. In the end i couldn't, but it still sticks in the mind as a stroke of pure comedy genius.
