Wigan can sometimes have problems against lesser opposition, as seen this year. As a result, I think Jimmy may get his 1st win.

Kearney and Foster to sit it out for me

Out of our 8 defeats this season (Including WCC and CC), 1 was against so called 'lesser opposition' and that was after a 4 day turnaround.

Well, they had a tough game last week and have another next weekend so may be inclined to rest a few.. , though even the kids they bring in seem to come good every time.

I think Purtells form has slipped recently. Anyway Jimmy said he would rotate all squad and Purtell has played every game this year.

It's fair to say that any team can have a bad afternoon and they may well do so today. That said, I usually work on the principle that "blessed is he who doth not expect - for he shall not be disappointed". This maxim, allegedly the 17th chapter in the book of Jobe, is the one thing responsible for me keeping [what is left of] my sanity this season.

Pah. They know as well as we do that we're going to smash 'em today.
