I wish we'd got him instead!! Even just for the rest of the season, he could just have been the man to turn it around for us. All the best teams have got a good scrum half/stand off to run the show...... oh how we could have done with him.

I'm happy we didn't sign him for a short term contract. We'll need fit Props and a strong team spirit to finish in the 8. Good player but it won't make a huge difference to where London finish IMO.

Oh I agree we also need some good forwards. But someone like Soward can provide an extra spark - something that Gale does not seem capable of, and Sammut only provides in fits and starts. Soward also has a great kicking game, and would surely add a few hundred through the turnstiles too...
It's all academic now anyway....
