Aye, and Eddie is hinting at it too. And, as we all know:

| Yes, you have indeed read the subject correctly. I feel I need to highlight this.
First of all, I have preceeded this by sending an e-mail to Mr Duffy stating pretty much exactly what I am about to put in a public forum.
As many of you may know I have had one or two issues in regards to purchasing the new away shirt and, as usual, have been a bit v ocal about it on here.
Anyway, time for some good news and I am posting it here in the hope that it will reach more people. Yesterday and today I have dealt with a guy at the club shop who I believe is called Chris. Anyway, to cut a long story short, this guy is a credit to the club and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me, ALL OF WHICH HAS BEEN OFF HIS OWN BACK AND NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!!!!!
Yes I have had Customer Service issues but the work this dude at the shop has done shows that we are getting more and more right now. I am man enough to post an apology and post some good news, certainly when I was so critical in the last couple of week. Now, whilst I felt justified in the criticism I gave at the time, circumstances do change and I would just like to thank this bloke publicly for a quite outstanding bit of service that was all his own doing, because clearly he cares about the service he is doing.
As I said, I e-mailed Mr Duffy directly in the hope that this feedback gets passed on to him but I do feel that a more public need to promote this was required. Call it Eddie's grovelling apology of sorts.
Anyway., great work. I look forward to getting my shirt next week and spreading the words of the Bulls in sunny Central Scotland.
Great work to all concerned.

Hey boss. Sadly not Glencoe! I reside in the "beautiful" borough of Alloa!
And thanks for your kind words.

| Second this, Chris is a quality guy - had a very long and deep convo with him a few weeks back before ths Hull game and he really does have some great ideas for the shop and for merchandising, and seems like he wants the shop to be back to how it used to be many years ago now,
But just seems he doesnt get much support from people up at the club to get said merchandising underway even though in no doubt at all it would all make profit,
I think people need to rally round to express their feelings of the lack of stuff available in the shop so the shop is actually worth visiting again,
for example if you look at our shop and compare to the likes of the Hull FC online store its puts ours to shame
But back to Eddies main point this guy really is a great credit to the club went to great length to sort me out when i had issue after issue with my home shirt - top bloke

| I don't know if it's the same bloke who was in the shop when I went to get my shirt yesterday (as I didn't get his name), but I must say that bloke was very helpful and friendly.
I started getting quite disillusioned with the shop under the previous regime, as the woman that used to be in there most of the time always seemed like she was annoyed someone had come in, and was in a permanent bad mood. The bloke who's been there when I went to get both my home and away shirt though was much better. If it's the same bloke, sounds like other people are getting the same good service.

| The online shop is a shower of sh#te. Variable options are COMPLETELY wrong (size 7-11 shirts - surely these are socks) Lack of design and "brand" ideas.
Still a completely clueless bunch of muppets up there that kept their jobs IMO.

| Think it's more a case of one our major creditors (owned by a ex shareholder) being the old clubs It provider. When they didn't get paid they took all the infrastructure back. New regime are having to do everything from scratch including website and online shop. Would hope that it will improve fairly rapidly now things are settling down.

| I just hope you ordered about 2 sizes above what the Kooga shirts were sized at Eddie or you may be hitting your head against the wall in frustration come Tuesday!
I went up there yesterday and staff were friendly and helpful. Just making sure you try it on before buying though because I picked up a shirt with one arm longer than the other to start with! It might fit somebody in our fan base I guess, unless it was from the Giants template? Who knows.

You must have shrunk!
I took an XL in Kooga and in normal shirts I vary from XL to XXL. Whether the smaller shirts are on a par I cannot comment but the larger sizes are definitely smaller and the sleeves are a tighter fit and higher up the arm.

I was a Large in Kooga. I have XL in these, but they're tighter on me than my L Kooga shirt (tried at the same time too, so not simply extra timber!)
