How much has the fund rasied to date (am I right in thinking it was set up to support staff made redundant)?

Has the fund also been used to meet the academy teams' running costs or has that come direct from Bullbuilder?

As nice a gesture as it was from Leeds, that money will probably go straight to the administrator when all is said and done - this will go straight to those most affected by the situation.

The hardship fund was set up for those staff working for the Bulls voluntarily after being made redundant to help them meet their financial commitments. The support for the academy has come from BullBuilder funds which has always been used to support the academy and is seperate from the hardship fund and is made up from things like membership fees.

I'll see if I can get a total raised so far from the finance guys, but I know they're a bit snowed under at the minute!

The funds for the academy team came directly from BullBuilder and not the hardship fund.

Just heard that so far over £2,500 has been raised for the hardship fund.

I assume the cash goes into the 'client account' not his own or his company's account!!
Both money to keep the show on the road and the hardship fund are vital for going forward, and the Wire donation is a superb gesture and well targetted.

Money is being paid directly to Bullbuilder, collected from the stadium (most will be cash) daily. They retain the 10% club commission.

Of course, but I'm sure any administrator will be making sure he gets paid out of what comes in, whatever happens to the business he's trying to rescue.
