Don't understand why everybody's still calling for a stand off? I think its pretty clear that we need a decent scrum half. Our organisation at times is amateurish at best. We urgently need a mid-field general with a decent kicking game. Herbert looks more of a stand off to me and his kicking game so far has been poor. Until we get this we're not going to improve.
