Thats a bit unfair. when he got featherbed passes from Menzies (as a winger should expect from his centre) then he caught and finished off well.
Running sideways is merely the result of having been given the ball in a covered position where taking one stride forwards means he will got battered and no ground is made.
I'm happy to see him go but I can see where his pace was not used and may be a better player elsewhere with better service.

Thanks for the effort, but I'm not disappointed with this news, Raynor will be an upgrade IMHO.

I said in an earlier post that his medical condition means that he will not be playing rugby for a long time.
How this affects his contract with the Bulls I do not know, but recent signings might suggest that they are preparing for next season witout him.

Stilll leaves a huge chunk of salary cap for a couple of marque players.

There's no doubt it hasn't worked for him at Odsal. As has been said, best for all parties, but Rikki deserves thanks for the effort he put in (which was never lacking).
