I have it on xbox, however im quite dissapointed. Payed £40 and played on it for the firist month non stop and haven't touched it since.

Not a patch on COD4 but i'd still say its worth the 40 quid. People say the campaign is dull, but I really enjoyed it & Spec Ops.


I'm put off of online by the constant camping because people are fascinated with trying to get nukes. I wish people would play the game without sitting in corners, it would be so much better.

The maps are bigger so its taking me a bit of time to learn them but you are right, the level of camping is terrible. I don't understand what sense of achievement a camper gets, must be so boring?

I like the SAS (taskforce 141) missions but the Rangers ones are a bit average IMO. Story is a bit weird

Ditto, overall i'm disappointed. The campaign was well done for what it was, but at times it felt like i was playing in a Tom Clancy novel, not a full scale war game. They had a chance to do something really special with a Modern Warfare trilogy, i'm talking about an awesome depiction of a third world war, entire countries destroyed, the Russians laying waste to Europe in a fight to the death with NATO, India and Pakistan nuking each other, mounds of skulls in the streets and all that shizz. Instead we got political subterfuge, terrorists, dodgy generals, latino drug gangs, revenge plots and an invasion of the west coast of the US that lasted ten minutes.

What level you up to on it ex Bull Dog?

Tend to find if you have a bit of trouble with campers (tend to find this mostly on Afghan)
get a class with the Cold blooded perk in and an assault rifle with a grenade launcher on and you can take them out.

I do find the grenade launcher is for yet more people with no real talent at it but its the only way to deal with them.

Totally agree mate, campaign is brilliant i thought. I don't really play online though, the maps are nothing special. Prefered COD 4 and COD WAW.

I absolutely loved COD4, hated WaW and think this one's okay. I think it will take a lot to ever beat COD4 online. The maps are excellent compared to oversized boring maps on the next 2

COD4 is the quinessential, didn't buy another game until WAW which I thought was bobbins generally
