For Fergusonshaed running, if we have no one in his shoulder when he makes a break, it's pointless.

don't think leeds thing is a problem TBH, I know some people don't like it but at end of day its Frannie who has to work alongside whoever we appoint and they have history of working together so should hit ground running.
