I'm not a fan of dual reg so I can't say I greet this news with any great happiness. However we are already fighting an uphill battle this season with points deductions. We might as well explore all possible avenues of bringing players in. Most of our rivals have link ups so I guess it makes some sense.

I can live with it, if it is a partnership to help out both clubs in the short term. I'm not really following much SL so I can't really comment on what surplus of players that Widnes might seek some game time for?

Would be nice to really get some players in ahead of Sheffield game and really build up a fight to stay up..

Not really a fan of dual reg - it offers even less stability than loan deals - but we need bodies so if this is the only way, then so be it.
And of course we have to dual reg with the worst team in super league

Wigan would be a better option if we could get them.

They already DR with Swinton. Not a fan of DR at all, it offers no benefit for the young players at all. But when virtually everyone in the keague uses it, no point cutting our nose to spite our face.
