It was unconfirmed when you posted it. It's since been in the paper so we can talk about it.

However, we need to be careful what we say as nothing's been proved yet and so it could leave the site and the poster open to legal action.

Phil comes across a really nice guy and I'd be disappointed and saddened if these accusations are proven to be TRUE.

They may just blow up and cool down rapidly, however with domestics they are taken very seriously due to statistically most murders coming from domestic incidents. Common place to have victimless procecutions when the complainant withdraws complaint.
