Well judging by Salfords current plight and having emergency auditors go in, I don't think it's too far fetched an idea of this happening. When you look at the numbers, the idea this stadium deal is going to be the silver bullet is just dreaming. Fact is though they don't lose any IMG points still and actually aren't far off a grade A which just makes the whole IMG process a sham.
Everyone seen the new screen? So I make it we've picked up (off-field) IMG points for the screen, the press gantry and primacy of tenure in the last 4months. Just playing performance points to pick up this year hopefully.
The club have definitely been proactive in trying to boost our IMG score (the big screen looks good), so credit is due there. We're still going to struggle to get near superleague teams as they simply have more money to boost their own IMG scores.... Do we pick up any points for tv coverage? (i.e. the Cas match)

Yes, another 0.25 points if the club then stream an additional four games which they are planning on doing.
That takes the current 13.37 score to 13.62 before you factor the 9th place finish dropping off from 2022.
Meaning that a successful season on the field in 2025 will put Bradford in that Hull FC and Huddersfield range with the 2024-2025 cycle only counting 23, 24 and 25.
There are another 0.35 points available for winning the 1895 Cup and Championship Grand Final.
