That’s up there as one of the most frustrating games I’ve seen us play for some time.
Discipline was an absolute joke from start to finish. Ball retention was also extremely poor. We allowed Widnes to piggyback themselves up the pitch time and time again through our inability to compete the fundamental basics of the game.
After the battering we gave Keighley last week I always thought this game was going to be another example where we think we can just turn up and win. Widnes are a poor side but they did the basics right and won the game.

Yep. I am mystified why he's still carrying all that extra fat after 2 or 3 years back playing. Does his condition make him unable to train conventionally?

apparently he always wanted to go to Widnes for that reason
