4 from Hull in the squad for Sunday's Friendly. Connor Wynne, who I assume will play fullback in Pickersgill's absence. Kieran Buchanan who you would think might play in the centre spot Rhys Evans vacated. Along with Charlie Graham and Charlie Patterson-Lund, who I confess I know jack sh** about.

(Edit: Graham is apparently a winger, Patterson-Lund is a back rower)

Well some of our reserves players have certainly put their hand up to be selected ahead of D/R players narrowly losing to an FC squad that included Kelly & Fonua. I know it was a tough off-season, but at least we managed to keep most of our promising young players who are certainly knocking on JKs door to be in the side.

...apart from the promising young players who actually made it into the side last year who we hocked off to KR to pay Chalmers bills.

But if we didn't the current young players would also be playing elsewhere in 2020.

Good point. One day I hope we are in a place where we can keep our best young players to play for us.
