...nor updated directors/persons of influence.... So far only means a fine. Think it's 2 months after accounts are due before a WUP is issued. |

late can be over 6 months Mr Dog, and if you don't file accounts for a second year the penalty (maximum £1500) is doubled. The Directors are criminally liable for not filing which is a separate issue, and can result in them being fined, and the Registrar can enforce those fines. And the Registrar can strike the company off or dissolve it, but the company can still after that be restored to the Registry if it pays up every penalty. No winding up petition then.
If anybody wants to blow £6 then they can go on the trustonline.org.uk to do a search.

The 1st notice of strike off comes after 2 months with 2 months grace to comply - Batley seem to have them issued fairly regularly in early Oct with accounts due end of July (currently have one issued on 1st Oct) and also in March for not filing Confirmation Statements that are due in the preceding January. You would think someone there could learn to use a diary to remind them to file! |

We understand Foggy (who generally acts as Wood's official 'minder') appears to have replaced Russ McFarlane as the Bull's interim general manager. He was reportedly seen at Odsal last week.
Stuart Duffy is still at the club hanging on like an expensive and wholly ineffective limpet - wonder why ? |
