Quote: MicktheGled "There are three separate accounts that have been frozen by Gary Pettit which account to around £107,000.
I'm currently liaising with Gary to see what ideas he would be open to regarding this money as a family member of mine still had Bulls TV and Lottery money taken from their account into two of these three accounts after Marc Green had put the Bulls into administration for the second time.
In the last six months people have tried to gain access to these frozen bank accounts but have failed the ID protocols with Gary and the bank.'"
So in summary and hypothetically speaking;
The three bank accounts were frozen by Gary Petit BUT "someone" failed to cancel the direct debits/standing orders for ?? months.
SO the accounts continued to accrue funds for Bulls TV etc. but for a liquidated company IE people were having money taken for a non existent company.
2 years later, the existence of the accounts and the money surfaces and is put in the public domain, by pure coincidence its upon the arrival of Nigel Wood.
Finally, and again hypothetically speaking, Nigel Wood thinks the money now belongs to him.
But in actual fact it doesn't. Hmmmm
Wonder how this will end
