I am 100% done with this basket case of a club. And probably RL as well. I can't face watching yet another massacred team starting yet again from scratch, and in pitiful circumstances where we will clearly literally offload absolutely ANYONE, without exception, you only have to ask and they are gone. And I can't stand any more of it.
I also have serious doubts if we won't slump into the admin mire yet again, but frankly I no longer care. The club I cared about has died, and should just be closed down and put out of its misery, instead of this death by a thousand cuts.
To say I am gutted would be the understatement of the century, but enough is enough. I have the memories. They will have to do.
Anyone interested in a Premier Club ticket and car parking spot, PM me.
And that's it. Thanks for the conversations guys, it has been good.

Such a shame, but totally understandable. I suspect a lot of us are on a similar path, its just a question of how far along. My Grandad put his money in to help reform the club back in the 60's, he passed away in 2007, with his beloved rugby club champions of the world. With hindsight now Im really grateful that was how his journey with the club ended. My dad wont be able to get to dewsbury every other week and I will watch from a distance what transpires over the winter, but as Ive said before this offseason could be it for me too. Its sad that generations of support might be coming to an end, I'll make a call closer to next season, but I completely understand your point of view FA. Its been good reading your posts on here, you'll be missed. ta ra lad.

| When we went bust and briefly ceased to exist I told my fellow mods that if our forum was closed I'd work quite hard to troll every other forum. But I had a lot of fire back then. More of a wet flannel these days.

| Quote: pjbull "Goodbye FA and thank you for all your heartfelt posts down the years.
It has been years since I have posted but I cannot not. I am left slightly bemused by the response to events of the last 4-6 weeks by Bulls' fans. We seem concerned by two things which are that the new owners don't have any money and whether we will be competitive next year. Rather than worrying about next year we should be focusing entirely on what the hell has happened over the last two years.
Let's not forget, practically none of the owners of Championship Clubs have money to speak of - but have they racked up all the debts we (allegedly) have?
Let's not forget, our gates are 3-4 times the size of most other clubs - but have they racked up all the debts we (allegedly) have?
Let's not forget, that we had two Cup ties this season which will have boosted club funds by £150k that other clubs didn't - but have they racked up the debts we (allegedly) have?
Let's not forget, players have contracts so the owners know exactly what playing costs they are committing to; we didn't get relegated from SL with a commitment to huge contracts. How the hell have we racked up the debts we (allegedly) have?
Let's not forget, Chalmers was put in position as a fit and proper person with the club having no debt and the promise of running a tight ship that pays its way.
Does anyone know where we can see the Bulls' accounts for the year 2017-18?
There is something seriously not right about all this and I would suggest that Bulls' fans don't worry themselves about next season but apply the brake right now and rather than be taken in by the sound-bites from Perez/Sawyer/Wood ('fell in love with the brand" - my ar*e) start asking some difficult questions, seek complete transparency and, if necessary, involve the Bradford MPs. Otherwise it looks very likely that the Nestegg scenario is the only logical outcome to all this.'"
Accounts for year ending 31st Jan 18 are available to see on the Companies House website (search Bradford Bulls 2017). Year ending Jan 19 accounts are due by the end of this month.

Can anyone who understands accounts please explain how the Bulls in one season, according to the Balance Sheet as at 31 Jan 2018, seem to have racked up a deficit of £580k and yet the Board have not seen fit to file a Profit & Loss Account?
Just curious that's all.

| Well, I hope you get it sorted but I do think to leave Bradford is a mistake. I know Park Avenues ground is far from ideal with a running track and only 3,000 capacity but at least it's in Bradford. Surely with some temp seating, you could just about make it useable, at least until you know where you are. I'm guessing it's council-owned?
I don't know Bradford all that well so I may be way off.
Best of luck
