I should have made things clearer by saying that the solicitors used to form the company are directly opposite the entrance to the car park to OK’s restaurant.

Heady days when OK took us over. Do you remember? We'd gone into Admin and then a local restaurateur bought us before we were liquidated, and we all thought "Phew!What a narrow escape. Don't want to go through that again". Oh how we laughed.

Did you know that our Council gave Omar a circa £200K virtually unsecured loan in 2012 (see weblink below) and could we understand have called in a proportion of it approx 2-3 months before OK Bulls Ltd folded. Such loaned funds have not been recovered by the Council as a result of the ensuing liquidation. No wonder the nesteggers are burdened with ever increasing Council Tax payments ..

We've been here so many times before, and despite appearances to the contrary we fear (without wanting to sound maliciously pessimistic) that we are going there again. It's surely time for proper change; not just a rehash of the same old promises that turn sour. That said, you can't make a Bulls' omelette without cracking a few (nest)eggs. |

Except that loan was to Omar Khan personally not the bulls. So any failure to recover it is nothing to do with the liquidation. You really should get your facts correct. |
