| Hi Roger it's wrong on so many levels especially for the players like Elliott who absolutely love the club. I feel for them as they have been promised the earth by another chancer who has done a running. If he hasn't then why is Ac not saying anything as he usually has plenty to say. The Rfl should hang their hein shame how can they put people in charge of this once great club who have no idea

Yes mate it really is a disgrace. I guess once again the full facts will never come out, I think we’ve all read this book before.
It is strange Chalmers silence is deafening isn’t it, with him normally having so much to say about other people.

| Quote Greg Florimos Boots="Greg Florimos Boots"Whats the latest on the players that invoked termination of thier contracts? I believe Bradford's 7 days for appeal for a few of them was up on Friday.'"
A source has informed us that an appeal was lodged; but we did not witness said act personally, so we (as is often the case) are reliant on the words of another.
From an objective legal viewpoint it would appear that the players contracts were irrevocably breached, but the RFL live in a somewhat of a subjective La La Land, and do of course have the power to hold a gun to the head of any player. We understand, but are not certain, that if a club's appeal is upheld then a player would likely at first sight have to abide by his contract and presumably his (or in this case their) only recourse would likely be to go to a court/tribunal, or a UK based independent arbitration service and/or the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Sadly either option would be costly and possibly not realistic. Even vulture type sports lawyers will not act for free; even those who we are are told sadly let down certain RL players a few years ago.

| Quote zapperbull="zapperbull"Every time this type of debacle happens with the owners / RFL all we seem to get from people is: you the fans need to realise this/that, you are a lost cause, your are in cuckoo land, you have no chance of surviving.
Why don't you lot just direct your comments to the people who cause this mess and not the loyal fans who have to put up with all this crap year after year.
Just stand back and be thankful your team has not been in this kind of S%^T like we have for years which is not the fans fault.'"
You are right. But there is hope .... have a modicum of trust in 'us'. We are using the forum to somewhat gauge the views and reaction of our fellow (and in reality even more dedicated) Bulls fans to the ongoing debacle. Yes it will get worse before it gets better, but we feel there is some hope; but we can offer no guarantees.

P.S. We have never been to La La Land and have no intention of ever going there

| Quote nestegg="nestegg"Agree in part with you Woolly, but the forum truly does serve a purpose. The fans who are on here (or the few fans as you say) are only part of the picture.
As we've said before the posts are read by a wider audience, inc. a number of the alleged bad uns who most most fan members on this forum agree need outing. We understand that a small number of members are merely on here as occasional voice pieces for the likes of AC etc (well at least they were until 'he' went to ground).
Anyhow, we will carry on regardless and until a) the truth is out once and for all via the press and media, and b) there is genuine hope (as distinct to the false hope of the past 10 yrs or so) for the Bulls moving forward.
Allegedly the RFL have a lot to answer for, and we remain confident that they will in time be held to account for their apparent gross maladministration of the Bulls post 2012, inc owner selection and vetting protocols etc. Many creditors over those years have to date lost a cumulative sum in the region of £4M+; they deserve a voice and ideally some form of reasonable retribution.'"
So people want "retribution"? Against, is it the three or just two companies which have gone belly up since 2012, wound up, case closed and no pennies left to distribute?
There may, or may not (I'm no lawyer) be a case(s) against the incumbent, but not going back to previous regimes. They are dead and gone, nothing left to see, all done and officially dusted by an administrator with no money to be found, though I'm not sure that anyone actually checked the tea drawer before the lights were turned out.
So, if they come looking for "retribution" beyond the last three years there is simply no-one left to shoot, so best practise some whistling - sad to say, that may be their best chance. Btw, I'm glad that you've now let slip your major objective in all this nonsense. There is nothing wrong in trying to find compensation (is that the word you really meant?) for people who lost out and I'd wish you all the best to be honest, but pretending you had the best interests of the club at heart was dishonest and is no way to get any help from here.
