| There has to be a full investigation by a independent body not associated with the Rfl as it truly is not right. How can the Rfl get it wrong so many times. As for Ac u can have a championship squad of 38 players. I know the academy was compulsory but not sure about reserve team. Come on money men start a new team with a new stadium and if we have to start again in league one so be it as long as we have a club that is sustainable. We need to distance ourselves as far as possible from the bulls brand. Why are the Rfl and Ac not giving us answers it truly does stink

| Quote madasmcmadammcmad2="madasmcmadammcmad2"Agree BULLS brand now Toxic as if the non payment of pensions is correct then I can't imagine any companies wanting to be connected with those wrong doings. So brand ruined,Odsal gone and if nothing is sorted, our best players also, fans mis sold season tickets with more debts etc to be revealed.Start again as Bradford Northern, hopefully keep as many of squad as possible and try to get back to Bradford somehow. No way anyone will take over the debt, why would they? The players and fans deserve so much more.I tell you what though,I feel very uncomfortable with the timings of Chalmers deciding to leave Odsal ,then him bailing out and the sheet hitting the fan.Uncanny right?'"
Well said,

Again well said Jay.
We have some of the 'answers' Jay, but need for the time being to keep some of our cards close to our chest.
And before some cynics bleat out .. " [iyour cards (or your only 'card') is the 'joker'[/i " ... then if that's to be your view, then so be it

| Quote DILLIGAF="DILLIGAF""Never underestimate the human capacity for delusion" - Roger Cohen'"
A quote by a well renowned jewish author and journo.
As for delusion Dilligaf then pl consider the following, and your views and those of other members would of course be welcome.
Were you and the many loyal and long suffering Bulls ever deluded by any of the following owners/persons, or were any (or all) all of these persons at some stage deluded themselves?:
1) Peter Hood
2) Omar Khan
3) Marc Green
4) Andrew Chalmers
5) Chris Brereton, and
6) Nigel Wood
Be interest to hear your learned opinion(s).
We'll work on your understandable cynicism re our motives as time progresses.
Time to watch the Grand Final - it's 14 years since we last featured.

| Having read some of this thread, and others from the times of previous changes of ownership, it never rains but it pours in your neck of the woods.
We should count ourselves lucky for Simon Moran on the money front, and Darren Burns on the playing front, for keeping us in the topflight.
Hope the wheel of fortune turns full circle in the none too distant, and you have a stadium, within Bradford, you can call a home ground.

Thank you for such supportive words from the wider RL community.
Hopefully we'll be playing against the Wolves again in the not too distant future, and of course in the SL.

Further confirmation that you're in La La Land. The only hopes you should have are that the Club actually survives this latest mess and that any new owners only spend what can be afforded, which will make you a mid to top end Championship club for the foreseeable (although after a probable dip to nearer the bottom). Many fans also need to get that into their heads.

We can dream Mr D, and if we don't aim high, then our prolonged period of mediocrity will interminably continue.
That said we agree that all Bulls fans need to recognise and accept that in the immediate term we need to manage our finances and players in a prudent and professional manner ... and ideally not break the law!
We think the so called CB consortium will provide no more than the same mediocrity. The consortium has we understand no substantial financial backing and thus mid Championship may be the best we could hope for, and yes we agree with you that if we are not (very) careful and effectively managed etc then we'll do well to avoid being relegated to League 1 next season. CB's consortium is we believe not the right choice for the club, and is allegedly associated with some untrustworthy characters. In this regard a number of well renowned RL commentators are starting to see the light and say the same, albeit to date not in print.
Out of interest Mr D, did you ever believe in Andrew Chalmers' 2017 La La Land vision in that he aspired to a return to SL by circa 2020? Was he deluded?

Ah, the fact that you're keeping some close to your chest explains a lot.
Like why you're not playing with a full deck.

Whats the latest on the players that invoked termination of thier contracts? I believe Bradford's 7 days for appeal for a few of them was up on Friday.
