| Once again scant regard for loyal fans as they sell season tickets while misrepresenting the real situation/state the club was in.Unforgivable imo.Rotten to the core.

| Quote nestegg="nestegg"Fair point re what you say above and WE take your reasonable concerns on board.
'We' have clearly taken Belcki in to our widened fold; she is aligned to the Council and her and fellow council folk were (and still are) concerned about what the hell has been, and still is, going on at Odsal - one of the region's most prized assets; well at least in terms of potential, albeit Sport England as a statutory consultee will rightfully have something to say about Odsal's future. She and her pals also previously queried whether or not AC really was (as many had hoped) the new Bulls messiah. Maybe he was, and is he really gone for good!?
Thank you anyhow for your positive comments to date.
We accept that some members just don't want to hear any inference that all may not be fine and dandy with our club. Well they don't have to follow such threads as this one then do they? In excess of 1000 posts on this topic is one hell of a lot; so some people must at least be intrigued.
We also sincerely hope the Bulls has a team next year, but as things stand we wouldn't bet on it.
'We' now includes some investigative journo types, and when, or if, we go to print or pass on a story (if there is one!) and robust evidence to a credible outlet then you may come across it. and not in a RL mag.
In the immediate term, given that some of us are 'whistleblowers; inc from within the RFL and BMDC, then we trust you can understand and respect why we will not at this stage (or possibly ever) reveal and/or confirm our identity. To function effectively as an open forum then this site must wherever necessary be able to maintain anonymity.'"
These posters (they appear to be a plural) don't know the difference between imply and infer, so for all the posturing, they're not actually serious people.

| It's interesting that those really in the know, SMTMUK and Matty Ryan etc seem to be pointing the finger at the RFL.
The tweet about Big Nige being the string puller, the RFL being corrupt B4st4rds and 'Land Fill' has gone but enough hints to say this has been a three year operation by the Pie-man.
So what it looks like to me is that just as we leave the tip, the Richard Dunn site is about to be cleared leaving a really profitable parcel of land for someone inc CBMDC, Chalmers says goodbye, not by going into Administration as you would expect but by some-one *buying* the club (what is there to buy?), thus giving Chalmers his money back and by lucky hapt a cock up with pensions gives everyone the diversion to look away whilst Nige pats AC on the back for a job well done and him and a couple of buddies, acting as a front, settle in to a heroes welcome.
X-files has got phuq all on us!!! Buying the Bulls! They really think we are that stupid? 'I'll buy you debt if that's ok?!?!?'
Shull Bit!

| I always thought Whistleblowers divulged info of bad practice etc before it was in the public domain. Maybe nestegg and his cohorts(if any) are whistlesuckers or Trolls who just hoover up what is spouted on forums etc.
If he (they) knew of this months ago why not say so then.

| I think the bit that makes me raise an eye brow most is the used most of next years central funding??
so special measures placed to safe guard and yet in same breath -"yeah you can have next years money without concerns over how you will manage then"??
is it not next year when central funding goes up as well?
settle off the field issues? like?
feel there must be a lot more to this, which only makes me think it will be more for us not to know and have those that do drop feed without ever telling us anything.

Id imagine that next years central funding has been used to cover wages this season and not much else. After it broke mid season that players had not been paid the last thing Bradford needed was to have players declaring their contrcts null and void half way through a season so I guess the RFL stepped in. The downside been that there was no real way for Bradford ever to make that money back so although the RFL may have thought they were doing the right thing it was actaully creating a bigger problem and maybe the special measures were added to try and force AC's hand and hopefully bring in some new investment from somewhere.
I know its been specualted how much Bradford have spent on their squad and a six figure pension payment shortfall, if true, suggests that those figures may not be that wide of the mark, it has to be asked how the RFL have let Bradford spend so much on a squad when it looks like the debts were racking up? The excuses made throughout the season regarding payments are only going to wind fans up even more, blaming an admin error for non payment of pensions was laughable at best but criminal at worst. An admin error is not correctly filing documents where as choosing not to pay staffs pension payments is a very deliberate act and I am sure there will be a lot more to come of that. All in all I can't see how anyone would take over the clubs debts and it would be just another version of Bradford around the corner.

That's not quite true though is it? They were paid. By whom, we can only speculate at

I think Uncle Nigel can answer that one but we are assuming debt when it could easily be the pension fek up that swallows the funding for next year.

You can't see why they wouldn't just let it run into another and final admin? Neither can I, who'd buy debt? And it's only going to increase. Why not let the dead horse die unless someone stands to make a little bit of cash. Let's not forget, Uncle Nige had his fixer phone AC in the December before admin and arranged for him to take over the club.
There is something fishy going on.

This last bit is interesting though. Salary cap has been about £600k. workplace pensions are 8% total - made up of employer 3% and employee 5%.
So I'm struggling to make 8% of £600k add up to a 6 figure sum. I've got about £48k. Unless this has been going on longer than a year.
Also interesting is the fact that the staff have had their pensions paid, but not the players. How can that discrepancy be explained?

| Good point. To get to 6 figures how long would it have been going on for?
What checks do the Govt have in place. You'd hope that they's spot this and rap their knuckles long before it became an issue. Am I expecting the Govt to have properly set up data platforms that talk to each other?
