Why do people think this is the end of Odsal?
I’ve been reliably informed by my tinfoil hat wearing friends who are in the know that they will be back next year
The RFL are going to claim AC is no longer a fit and proper person to run the club and hand it over to a consortium lead by Nigel wood.

Problem is, things are that off the wall that may indeed turn out to be true...

We'll know it's true if somebody registers Bradford Red Amber and Black Sox at companies house and Rooley Lane Morrison's runs out of lard.

Given some of his antics this season I wouldn't have been bothered about him leaving but with the 'special measures' we're going to need all hands on deck, to be honest.

I appreciate that the end bit is a joke but I also wouldn't be shocked to find that all the messing around ends with some kind of 'sustainable' deal and us staying at/returning to Odsal after a year away.

If it's not a joke then i would guess that we'd almost certainly end up back at Odsal in that scenario.

Surely that would depend on how deep our new owners' pockets were. When it comes to owning the Bulls the RFL have already turned down a millionaire and a millionaires wife, but would they even have kept paying the rent on the Odsal black hole? That's not how millions are made or kept.

Stripping ownership from AC would surely be illegal, especially if it was only to set up a proxy owner to continue paying rent on Odsal to the RFL.....

Naah. That's too ridiculous. And besides, do you know how much planning such a nefarious scheme would take? Does that sound like something the RFL could even do with their past record?
