| HI GUYS,
just a point to clear up, did the Bulls have to pay the RFL the maintenance costs as well as the rent (which they took in advance from the central funding...robbing bas-tards) if so what have the RFL actually done to the ground with 2 years money...???

It’s actually 8 years money. The RFL just take rent and all maintenance has had to be done by which ever version of bulls management has been in charge. So in answer to your question the RFL has spent no money on ground. Their only outlay has been the original loan to Hood. When he defaulted on that the RFL took the lease as payment

To answer your question, the Bulls pay maintenance on the stadium in addition to the rent. The RFL take the £72k out of the distribution and its up to the Bulls to pay for everything else.
The RFL have been taking £72k per year every year from which ever incarnation of the Bulls were in existence since 2012 (so that's around £575k in total) and have not put one single penny back into the stadium.
In that same time, to my knowledge they have paid Bradford Council £8.00 (that is eight pounds... not eighty or eight thousand) in peppercorn rent agreement.

| is it just me that thinks the way Chalmers suggests the rfl sought him out at bradford despite the administrators being in place kind of confirm the suspicions people had about him being brought in as their man?
I know it was discussed at the time but.Does this not have implications of the administration process being tampered with?

I know supporters of other clubs think we are paranoid but there has been more to the RFLs involvement at Bradford than meets the eye.
The administration was always compromised. Whilst the administrator had to get the best deal the RFL had the final say-so in who was acceptable as owner.
I would be interested in Nigel Woods involvement both with the current owner, his position on the RFL and any potential (at that time) connection with the club.

| Well his statement comes across as a bit of rambling mess whilst trying to portray himself as some sort of hero. No plan. No word on the 'special measures'. No wonder, as someone else said, the RFL called him out on the quick return to Bradford.

No.
Bulls pay favourable rent to RFL and pay whatever maintenance costs there are, to whoever they themselves engage to do the maintenance.
That is a standard arrangement in leasehold agreements.
Wakefield had the same, which is why they were desperate to buy back Belle Vue.
