Quote: Bullseye "I drink in Keighley regularly and there are 4 really good pubs IMO, Boltmakers, Cricketers, Red Pig and Brown Cow.
There are some that are really worth avoiding too.
As for the game itself I will probably be going despite my reluctance earlier due to the attitude of the majority of Keighley fans on this site.'"
Times have changed. Like most clubs, 99.9% of Keighley supporters are fine. Banter aside, anything else was mainly just a Caisley thing which has long since passed.
Bulls and Cougars supporters have a lot more in common these dayshttps://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/4865880.Creditors_confront_telecom_boss_over_failed_deal/rl) as the only director/owner for going on 10 years now & who has dragged us down from being a proud Championship club with 4 figure crowds to an established third tier club with only 400 and falling regular supporters left - the rest, and potential bigger backers, staying away till he's gone).
- the prospect of becoming an amateur club unless promotion is won this year and getting into the top 20 clubs by the end of 2019 season (At least you have a good chance of achieving that (and possibly being 'invited in' to the top 20 anyway)).
Whatever the result Sunday, I hope Bulls and Cougars supporters can start to respect each other a bit more and maybe push for Odsal being sold and for Bradford MDC to lead projects for new community stadiums to be built in Bradford and Keighley.
