By the time this is sorted, he isn't going to have many games to play in anyway. Be best just sacking this. If his agent or the player said he was free and that's why the Bulls gave him a contract, then it turns out he wasn't free, I'm sure the Bulls would be well within their rights to rip the contract up and tell him to come back when he's actually available.

It depends on the terms of the contract- there will be a section in the terms which refers to the employers disciplinary procedures. That will set out timelines to give both sides time to prepare their cases.
It seems clear that this tribunal on the 6th June is an independent tribunal set up by the Eagles to determine THEIR dispute with Chisholm . Apparently no RFL involvement.
If this Tribunal upholds the employers decision , there will probably be a right to appeal. It's up to the employee to decide whether to exercise that option.

I don't see what the Eagles have to gain. Even if hey win, they are stuck with Chissy and will have to carry on paying him. I imagine if it comes to a fee, then we will be out.
