I was up in the shop this morning to get my season ticket, and in fairness they were pretty busy.
Since I got home though, I've realised I need to speak to them again. I don't really want to have to trail all the way up there, but they didn't reply to the e-mail after 2 days of waiting, and I've tried calling them 5 times now with no answer. Once I left a message for them to call me back, which as yet hasn't happened. It costs 7p a minute to dial the 0844 number and you do connect with that bloody "Run with the Bulls" hold music for a bit, before it invites you to leave a message.
I can't afford to keep ringing the number if it's not getting answered. The 7ps add up eventually. In my case, I have my season ticket now. If someone is getting that same experience when trying to call about theirs, I can't say I'd blame them for giving up.
They really need someone answering the phones and e-mails.
