As a new club , Bradford should start in C1 .If all this turmoil would have happened in July it probably would have !
However , the fixtures are out , the Toronto situation is a complication ( fixture wise). The RFL have taken the easier option .
Good luck , may I suggest Bradford RLFC as a new name .
Once again hope you survive 2017 & still in the Championship .
