The training facilities at Tong are either leased or rented . If it's the former, I doubt the lease will be a substantial addition to the assets. If it's rented it's worth nothing.

Wouldn't be that great IMO, probable huge points deduction and a severing of our history, not to mention the suppliers and hmrc getting totally screwed over and acqusations of favouritism again if we're allowed in the champ when really a new club should start at the bottom. Plus all the players and staff would need rehiring...nothing would be guaranteed. ER might not be implying that tbf but the longer this goes liquidation and restart must be more of a likely outcome than carrying on as a going concern?
