So Marc Green turned down an offer because he didn't get enough money back, to end up with nothing? That doesn't make any sense.

Why would anyone do that? Unless he was playing hardball and it's all gone wrong.

The boxer? What has he got to do with this?

Well if all this comes to nowt - at least we have some good memories to look back on.
We used to be a very good Super League side; we won silverware, we were world club champs, grand final winners and we had some excellent players.
No matter what Petit or Green do to us - they cant take away our memories.

Don't panic! Don't panic!

No players have been paid up to now. If this falls as I think it will then the fans need to be prepared to get behind a new club as early as next week. Depending on who picks up the baton then the team may yet still line up facing Hull KR in the first game of the season.

There are questions that need answering about this whole process but they can wait for now. The major priority is that the club continue. I do know the RFL are working their backsides off to resolve this matter that has been poorly handled by the administrators from day one.

I'm sorry it's not as positive as everyone would like but I also wish the club, its management and the administrators had been more honest with the fans and players from the start.

Perhaps Mr Green thought he was playing poker and that someone would put silly money on the table and he could walk away with a big grin on his face; but if all bidders walk (or are pushed) away from the table - everyone (incl Green) loses out.

It seems bizarre that so many parties want Bradford to have an RL club but its looking very much like no-one is going to get what they want out of this (except Petit? - does he get paid the same amount whether or not we liquidate?)

Administrators are paid regardless of outcome

but only out of the proceeds of the liquidation. there are no assets to be sold of any value so administrator will get peanuts too.

You'd be surprised at the assets list, every nut and bolt in the ground plus training ground.

grounds owned by RFL so administrator can only sell furniture etc. training ground leased too.
