Personally I'd question the legality as to the debenture he put in place, the date of it is quite recent and with the issues with paying the players etc, I'd say he clearly did it knowing he was going down the admin route to cover his backside.
Whoever takes charge/ whatever happens, the new person/people in charge have one hell of a task getting fans back onside.
