The checks are not simple unfortunately, especially given the precedent set by our previous admins and the involvement of the lease. They are trying to ensure this is the last admin (I can already see how devastating that will be for some) at least for a while anyway. Hence proper checks are needed.

Has the overall process taken too long? Yes. Should the process have been rushed and a snap decision made when the dozen or so initial approaches were made? No.

I never said the process should be rushed, but all of the real players would have been vetted at the beginning of the process, proof of funds would have been the first thing the administrator would have ascertained as well you know, i am not sure people actually fully understand the administrator is working on behalf of the creditors that is their job.
