The Bulls were given the leasehold by the council {150 years}in 2002 with a peppercorn rent and I believe
£5million upfront to help maintain the ground, that was supposed to last until 2020, that money was squandered before the RFL took control of the lease in exchange for bailing us out pre Admin 1.
So the RFL will need to pay the council I think £1per annum. it might cripple em.

Don't care how they justify it. The RFL lease the ground from Bfd Council. End of.

If you take a step back, the admin process has been as follows:
Buyers are interested
Buyers are still interested
Got someone else interested now
We're in discussions now but it's involved
Just bought a bit more time as the Odsal issue needs sorting
Announcement Friday
Announcement postponed as buyers still in discussions

None of that is negative and is better than "no one wants it"

The other 205 pages is noise, panic and worry.

It's people giving him attention and asking him questions that fuel him. He has no idea but people thinking he is "in the know" is what is making him carry on with this toxic $hite.

I hope Frank is right, but it's hard to feel optimistic. It's also hard to believe a word the administrator says when he keeps giving deadlines and then extending them. But I agree with the earlier sentiment, if he wants to keep extending the deadline every few days, that's fine as long as the end result is a half decent owner who will pay bills and save the club. If it ends in liquidation after all these delays, I'm going to want the administrator to spend eternity in damnation.
