It does seem expensive, wasn't greeny on about a roof over the popular terrace for circ 350,000 ?

Greens version was a very basic roof with supporting pillars like current mains stand meaning blocked sightlines in some spots. 8m version was for a cantilevered design that wouldnt have any pillars iirc

The Green version was for a fabric roof bit like a tent 10 year shelf at most. |
