With Green being one of the preferential creditors of the last Admin with his £250k debt he had an advantage with any CVA by waiving his own debt for himself but having the power by not waiving it for Lawn & Rhodes, Lamb or Koukash if he wanted putting him as offer No1.

The money was owed by OK Bulls to Safeguard Security.

Green put OKB into administration and then off it went to liquidation. There was never any CVA.

The business of the Bulls was bought by a different company, Bradford Bulls Northern Ltd., from the administrator. The RFL largely called the shots on that, because although the RFL wasn't involved in the administration, it did get to decide whether any new owner could get to keep the SL club and so the RFL were the kingmaker.

What is it you're saying? Are you saying that a better bid was on the RFL's table, with all boxes ticked, but they corruptly ignored it and went ahead with their favoured bidder? Is that what you actually think happened?

Secondly, far from "having no say", everyone knew that there was no point being the winning bidder to the Administrator, without at the same time having the approval of RFL to run a club, join SL and take over the Bulls as an existing member. You're confusing two separate things.

No I am saying that in the usual RFL manner there was smoke, mirrors, a lack of clarity and conflicting information from them themselves and the Administrator. And they themselves said the decision wasn't in their hands. Simply pointing out it was handled badly. Even by RFL standards.
