Quote BD20="BD20"With Green being one of the preferential creditors of the last Admin with his £250k debt he had an advantage with any CVA by waiving his own debt for himself but having the power by not waiving it for Lawn & Rhodes, Lamb or Koukash if he wanted putting him as offer No1.'"
Eh?
The money was owed by OK Bulls to Safeguard Security.
Green put OKB into administration and then off it went to liquidation. There was never any CVA.
The business of the Bulls was bought by a different company, Bradford Bulls Northern Ltd., from the administrator. The RFL largely called the shots on that, because although the RFL wasn't involved in the administration, it did get to decide whether any new owner could get to keep the SL club and so the RFL were the kingmaker.
