I notice Leeds have just pulled in Segayaro in as part of their swap deal with Penrith for Hardaker. Why are we after a hooker? With Addy doing ok there recently, O'Brien being the best hooker in the division (Higham perhaps the only one who may be better) and Lumb getting better every week, it seems a pointless acquisition. Unless it's a hooker that can also play in the halves, like a Scott Moore (although please god not him, he spends more time at Red Hall than on the pitch).

Falloon is literally the only 'out of favour' SL hooker I can think of. I agree that such a signing would make no sense.

How about Adam Milner from Cas? Had a short spell at Bradford academy?

Agree it seems strange as Lumb and O'brien make a great duo. Addy doesn't work at hooker for me as his distribution is too slow. Have to wait and see who it is. It's only short term so maybe it's to cover knocks or injuries. Or Smith just wants to keep us fresh for the M8s.

Hardly out of favour, he starts every game for Cas.

I though Paul McShane started for them most weeks. Sorry if i'm wrong, don't take much notice of the Castleford team

McShane has been starting at 6, with Milner at 9.
