| Bradford still have quality players. The "COMMUNICATION" as Brian and even James has alluded to is someway to fixing the problems.
James Lowes is quite rightly recognised as a club legend. However, much like Kevin Keegan as England manager he was too emotional, his balance of Logic and emotion was out of kilt. I think James is in that hole. The other problem possibly is that everyone is unique and James maybe cannot understand why his messages and direction are not getting through. The communication has to evolve through a culture where everyone is involved so that they understand. Emotional messages are very powerful but short lived. Logic is what will carry some permanent development. I do not think great coaches are "Loved" but have gained respect without question.

| Marc Green should make a business decision and show Ferris the door, he has become a liability now and is holding back the Clubs progress and Green does not owe him a duty of loyalty! A new CEO with SL experience will certainly freshen things up and indirectly improve the attitude of the Team and possibly on field performances!

| As to who is Marc Green. I have been to almost all meetings where Marc Green has spoken and it seems to me that he is a businessman who is trying to run the Bull as as a business i.e Income exceeds expenditure or at least expenditure doesn't exceed income. So my guess would be that he relies on both Ferres and Lowes for his RL knowledge.

| I suspect Robbie over Lowes, but otherwise I don't think there's any doubt about that at all.

Quite agree. Is it Ferres or the board as a whole who spectacularly under estimate the strength of feeling amongst spectators. Perhaps if they were willing to engage in a fans forum a bit more regularly then they'd get a clearer idea of our thoughts.
Ferres has to take a lot of responsibility for this, he employed Lowes, he's seemingly in overall charge of recruitment and he's doing a cracking job of p1ssing off the loyal fans that are left.
I'm still not convinced the club are even taking the 23 games that seriously, I've lost all enthusiasm for the matches at the moment. If my season ticket wasn't paid for, I certainly wouldn't be paying £22 walk up prices to watch the current shambles. The club are actually take the p!ss a little charging those prices when we don't even have a scrum half at the club.

| Quote madasmcmadammcmad2="madasmcmadammcmad2"There's a huge difference between being able to change things by actions on the field as Jimmy used to do and being an articulate, inspirational, smart, shrewd talker/motivator of men a la Peter Fox.Jimmy has proven that he hasn't the nowse to be a top head coach imo and the sooner changes are made the better, because no changes made will see things stay exactly the same and the abyss awaits in that case.
Come on be brave and take the BULL by the HORNS.
I would take Brian Smith above =#FF0000Rowley/Morrisson as they are not proven as off field leaders/motivators and we could be in exactly the same place as we are now imo.Just my view.'"
You'd have to offer a small fortune to Rowley. He's been nailed on for the Toronto coaching job for ages, on mega-bucks. I hear he was offered that role, ages before his 'moralistic' stance at Leigh.

| I've never known a fan base like it. They will blame anyone bar the head coach with McCluless it was Basil's fault, Cummins it was a crap squad and now Lowes it's Ferres fault.

Oh I hold Lowes responsible but I wouldn't be sad to see Ferres following him out the door. I seriously question his judgement about quite a few things at the Bulls right now.

| Quote Ferocious Aardvark="Ferocious Aardvark"I was pretty despondent after the MPG because first, we should have won it, second if Addy's conversion had been good we WOULD have won it, third because we came so close despite a mystifying squad selection and the terrible luck of a still-nowhere-near-fit Gaskell.
I was despondent because if we couldn't beat a Wakefield in such disarray, then no better opportunity would likely come again.
'"
Firstly you COULD and not would have beaten Wakefield but you didn't, secondly even IF Addy's conversion had been good, on the basis that you never scored another point yet we did how do you come to the conclusion that you WOULD have won it, thirdly you were nowhere near close, you were always playing catch up to a poor Wakefield side and you can feel sorry for yourself all you want and blame James Lowes all you want for his team selection but in reality you just wasn't good enough and you need to realise this and move on because you can if and but all you want, it won't alter anything and not to put too finer point on it, on this seasons performances you can't even hold your own in the second tier of rugby, god help you if by some fluke you had managed to get into SL you would have been a bigger embarrassment than we were.

I'm enjoying your experimental use of the English language.
