Wakey probably thought that they had to at least go through the motions of giving their fans priority. If they gave the bulk of the tickets to the Bulls and then found they'd underestimated the demand from their fans, even by only a couple of hundred, they'd be slaughtered by their fans.

Over 1500 tickets sold in less than a day is pretty mindblowing imo.

Well they told me it might be a few days before the transaction goes through, which I took to mean that they're taking card details to put through at a later date, the post by someone else on here who still hasn't been charged for Leigh away would seem to back up that theory.

I guess that's possible BB, it could have just been put into a database rather than making it an on-line purchase, I just saw what happened and assumed.

It wasn't until after that it occurred to me that I'd just handed over my card details without asking or receiving a receipt which is why I assumed the transaction hadn't gone through yet. I guess in most other situation it would be a bit of a daft thing to do! Though defrauding your own supporters isn't a good business model so hopefully all will be fine!

There will be no segregation on the standing terraces this weekend. Confirmed by the club via Twitter this evening.

I'd hate to think they were writing down card details to input later. Hopefully they will destroy these lists securely. (But there again I am a glass half-empty type)

Sounds like they're wanting Bulls fans to head to the Western terrace, but without some sort of official announcement I suspect it will descend into chaos.
