| One of my 'Fax colleagues told me that Sky were thinking of showing our game which is why it's at 8pm on Good Friday. Now with this announcement about a CC game being shown, I'm wondering whether she got her wires crossed a little. Anyone else heard this? Sky have the rights to the championship, even though they're not doing anything with them at present...

| Think 8pm is just the standard time for weekday evening kick offs these days.
I guess it's the Sky involvement which caused it to be moved from the old 7:30, though there was always a valid case of giving away fans a better chance of making the kick off, particularly when a motorway journey is involved. Not that anyone would use the motorway from Halifax....except coach drivers who don't seem to know any other way....

| Quote Rarebreed="Rarebreed"What is wrong with your math Fax machine> If you get a ticket concession it's £20 plus £5 if you want a seat in the stand. At FAX you pay £17 to stand and £20 to sit so that would be £3 or £5 more. How do you get £8???
You don't hear us complaining that we have to pay less to go in your ground ,do you?'"
No. If I didn't have an ST I would pay £12 (concession) at The Shay. At Odsal I have to pay £20 as concessions don't start until age 65 (60 at The Shay).
Anyway, I made my choice and am going to the game. I just wanted to state my point, not have an ongoing argument about it. The money is no big deal, its the principle.

| To be honest I think Championship ticket prices are a bit steep.
