Not sure drawing Leigh is the best idea – for those fans who are desperate for the record to be set straight, we’ll be getting at least two more cracks at them before the season is done. A more useful cup draw (imo) is a side a division or more below away day, a bit of squad rotation then hopefully a crack at a bottom half SL team in the next round to give us a realistic look at our prospects come the end of the year.

I'm not sure we need to be rotating at the moment, with so many new players they need as much game time together as possible to get to understand each others foibles.

With regard to the growing banter between Bulls & Leigh supporters (Our dad is bigger than theirs anyway), we need to team up together against the SL 4, a couple of wins each against them would more than likely see both promoted irrespective of the result of our game.

Be aware that the spies will simply take any tongue in cheek comment about playing Leigh, and go start their own thread on the Leigh forum about how our 'lips are still quivering'.

Now I don't know about the rest of you but I can't say it's eating me up inside. And in any case my lips can't quiver as I have Bell's Palsy.

We can do plenty of gelling in the league games. CC can give the likes of Gaskell, O'brien, Sidlow, Clough, Pitts a bit of rest.

Plus with easter coming up, i think we need to give other players some game time.

In terms of who is played in the cup, I Loved Lowesy's comment about the Batley game.

When reminded that Harry Siejka was available and how well the two current halves had just played he said [something along the lines of Yeah, that's a decision I'll make through the week - or I might just let them knock seven bells out of each other and see who gets injured.
