I have only just got up to speed with RW's twittering which is clearly very interesting. On one specific point - I was told almost a year ago by two different people (neither of whom were OK himself) that there was a clear racist attitude towards Omar at Red Hall. It wasn't at all subtle and one of the individuals who told me would certainly be in a position to know. He was clearly shocked by it.

Obviously in an administration they can only claim against the company in administration. The purported claim against OK personally is nothing to do with the administration. It is a guarantee though so if OKB don't owe it, then there's nothing for him to guarantee

Like I said it wasnt subtle and it was an attitude which prevailed there. I was told it was even more acute amongst certain board members at certain other clubs. And no, I am certainly not RW - just a fan who cornered someone in the know about what really goes on at Rot Hall.

I should clarify - as it was described to me, it was an attitude towards OK specifically, not a broader culture. My informant described a resentment that, as RW states, "one of his type" was the owner of a club.

I'd be careful, tiptoeing along these lines.

It's one thing to say the RFL are biased against the Bulls or For the Bulls (depending where you sit).

But saying the RFL or individuals within it are Racist, well I just would not go there, then widening out that to other board members at other SL clubs? Indeed. Please can people be careful what they allege. RLfans doesn't have the resources to fight legal battles so any accusations/allegations etc that are close to the bone may be removed.

Posters on RLFans have in the past been in very hot water legally, you hav been warned.

To be honest, it's hard to imagine that anyone in the higher positions of something so public as the RFL would ever, whatever their actual views, act in an overtly racist manner. It just beggars belief, in truth. I mean, even the people in something like the BNP have to put up the pretence that they're not racist - so it just wouldn't make any sense to me.
