Couple of things from that if anyone got a clear understanding.
Does "overthown" mean the points deduction is reduced to 0 or that the original decision is set aside?
If the original penalty is set aside, would that mean we'd have a further hearing back with the RFL?
If overthrown means reduced to 0 would that be an end of it as the appeals panel decision is final?
