| RL is a simple game ... you cannot target games - play to win every game - it's a mindset thing!
Hit every team you play early and hit them hard - continue that throughout the 80 minutes and add no small amount of skill ... it's easy.
It's just that we are lacking a lot of those things at the moment ;-0

| Thi is completely OT but I will just share an idle thought that crossed my mind as I watched Wigan put Saints to the sword:
What would the game v. Leeds have been like if we had had Bateman, Whitehead, Sammutt, Scruton and Carvell in the squad? Which, had it not been for our ignominious collapse, we of course would have.

| A while back when Halifax RLFC were struggling defensively, Karl Harrison brought in Brian Noble for a few defence coaching sessions. According to Karl they were a great success, and Halifax's defensive play improved immensely. I think this for Bradford would be a positive step forward if it can be achieved.

| Think that's a fair point - if the money isn't available for an extra full-time coach maybe a short term appointment would be possible.

| I thought Matt Calland was the Halifax coach when Nobby went in there.
Nobby's situation with Salford is far from resolved and Cummins has already ruled out working with Noble once before. The circumstances might be different but I'd be very surprised if Cummins accepted Noble arriving.

| It's hard to tell. He's a very strong character for sticking with you for all the problems the club has had. It also shows a sign of dedication.
If your players are working together and trying hard then he's doing a good job.
Personally, I think your mountain is too hard to climb and unless you get your points back you're up for the drop regardless of who's in charge.
A change of head coach would be silly. Stick together and rebuild together. He's probably getting as much out of his players this season, if not more, than a number of coaches in SL this season.
Tony Smith for certain and our coach Paul Anderson to name a couple.

| Should we be worried by the apparent total lack of interest in all things playing wise by the men at the top? Are they just letting F.C. get along on his own.

| I like Franny, he's being through a lot aswell. But when you can't motivate the players anymore, there's no point carrying on.
These players are better than they are showing, and it's upto the coach to give them that belief and get them fired up for the cause... And he isn't, so he has to go.
