Out of interest, why is it an epic fail? I am not going to complain that people think it's a failure (it probably won't do much in persuading RFL) but you haven't explained yourself.
TBH, the wording of it sounds less like demanding a change that will be for the good of all clubs but rather like one club complaining about a perceived bias aimed solely at them
