| lamb was very open with his bid on social media last time around and this time koukash did the same and both lost out when looking like strong contenders. lamb this time though has been very quiet. don't know if it means anything but now hoping that lamb gets it as i think he should by now fully understand the workings of the rfl and the full extent of problems with our club.
fingers and toes crossed we get out of the poop soon

I'm only going by what the woman herself has said! The administrator has to by law be impartial so i've no reason to believe he is otherwise.

| If a winning bidder wants a consolidated drop from superleague they'd be pretty naive to think they'll have the backing of the fans.
You either want to keep us in superleague or you're just trying to get your money back surely?

| Quote pulsator2k7="pulsator2k7"Based on this im assuming its like a silent auction and all bids are made not knowing what the others are offering,
Which in fairness is a bit crap as if people know of the other offers it at least gives them a chance to put in a counter offer
Or is that too straight forward'"
This is what I am trying to workout... surely it makes sense to inform the bidders to see if they are willing to increase their bid??
A silent auction style makes no sense... I also think it should be made public if/how many points would be given back if X,Y or Z was paid back.
None of it makes sense yet I still find myself surprised.
Let the conspiracy theories commence!!

| Regarding the highest bid, how does it work?
Is it who ever offers the most money to purchase the club or is it who offers to pay the most creditors.
Just find it amazing that Moore & co were accepted but didn't have any money and won't going to pay the creditors, and now we have a multiple millionaire being out bidders? I can't see the Koukash's not paying the creditors, they knows how it works. If you belief their wealth they could pay all the creditors with change they have lost down the sofas.
I just can't see them turning up at odsal and putting in an offer he thinks may not win.

That's easy, the buyer does a deal with the administrator to pay £x cash. That's it. The administrator is not interested in instalments, future promises or anything else. Agree a price... pay up ... job finished.
In theory, having bought the club, the new owners could go cap in hand to RFL and say "if we voluntarily pay £Y to the old club's creditors, can we have some points back?". But that would be nothing to do with the administrator. He gets what he can, takes his cut, divvies the rest amongst creditors, liquidates the shell of the old business and leaves.

| Think there is some confusion here it's the administrator who is charged with getting the best deal for the creditors by selling the club/assets - so the more a buyer offers, the more the administrator charges - sorry passes onto the creditors.
The RFL on the other hand are supposedly looking at the business plans and funding of the new owners going forward, a task they have struggled with recently!
Looking increasingly like the Shay and Cougar Park next year

| Does the administrator have a legal obligation to explain his decision? Or is it going to be just like all the other sh11te that's gone on? I hope Koukash goes public about their offer so the new owner has nowhere to hide.
It's hard to describe how totally p1$$ed off I am right now.

I tend to think it would be a decade rather than a year.

| All this being said and the frustration of it not being the Koukashs' - How do we know that the winning bidder will not take the club forward and do a better job than the Dr and his wife ??

Why would we want Koukash stamping his feet again because he hasn't got his own way. Heres one for you.....maybe he never intended to buy you but was just after MORE publicity, he just loves the sound of his own voice. Or he sorry she genuinely has been wanting to own a RL club for a while who knows, but I know which scenario my money is on. Let him get on with his tweets...I feel another fine coming
