Richly deserved by Scrutes imo, he's been the one real constant in an up and down year and I can't praise him enough.

Excellent effort from Scruton after a nightmare couple of seasons. Personally, I thought he was finished but am delighted to see him bounce back.

Well done Elliot Kear after a good season. I thought Sammut stood out by a mile among the backs but it goes to show how people see the game differently.

Interesting reading the comments in the T&A today from Scruton.

I think we underestimate the impact on criticising players on internet sites, it's not the first time this year a player has spoken about things they have witnessed on forums. Must be tough reading some of the posts at times!

Wouldn't surprise me if a couple of players were actually contributors.

It's a good article, and interesting to see that he's played much of the season with a broken bone in his hand! That shows just how committed he's been to lay to rest the 'sick note' image.
