Feel free to comment/complain about the management, coaching or lack of effort, we all have that right but make your mind up if you are a true fan or not. True fans stick with a club through thick and thin. We've been thin for a long time now but I've seen enough to convince me that we are heading in the right direction compared to previous years and even if that were not the case i'd still stump up the cash and buy one.
My season ticket is almost paid for (i took the payment plan deal way back in the season) and I'll be there on the terrace next year, ready to support whoever the club manages to get on the field.'"
You are spot on and I will be buying my ticket to help support the club.
However the number of fans with this attitude is falling and people do expect to see some effort at least if they give up money and time to support the team. Not sure what RHP must have thought of the second half effort after his launch of the ticket offer - but guess a lot of the fans would have preferred him to have appeared on the pitch in the number 7 shirt!
