I pass this on without comment. I was in the pub yesterday tea time with the tigress & cub. I heard someone behind me ask 'How have they got on?' 'Got beat 26-12' was the reply. My ears then pricked up as I had had the RL on the radio just before we went out & guessed they were talking about the Bulls. 'Struggling aren't they?' 'Yes, dissension in the camp, a split between the ex Leeds lot & Bradford lot'. 'Well if anyone would know what's going off it would be you'.
I've no idea who the bloke in the 'know' was as he had his back to me.

Wakie beating Hull FC which would move us down to 10th.

And they have, so tenth it is. Until next week when we plunge further down the table.

It's not been happening for about five games to be fair, although some people are still kidding themselves.

This is because, and you are not alone, you don't understand that one team's win is another team's loss. They can't ALL win ALL their games.

.... BUT that clearly means we could, on those figures, make the 8 with only 24 points.

It's entirely possible but I look at it in simple terms without having a clue of the other teams fixtures. Bradford will win one more game, the teams around them will likely win more than one.

Our remaining fixtures:

Wigan away
Hull FC home
Wakefield away
Catalans home
Castleford away
London home
Huddersfield home

I can't see us beating Wigan, Catalans or Huddersfield. We should hopefully win against Catleford and London. So the key games for me are Hull FC and Wakefield. If we can win those we should make the top 8.

We've got a week off after Wigan due to the challenge cup, Hull on the other hand are away to Catalans 6 days before they play us. Could give us a slight advantage.

On current form we'd have a good chance of a result versus London but we lost to them in the cup so it's not a foregone conclusion.

Wigan are on a slump but we seem to specialise in giving other teams the chance to find some form at the moment.

We certainly owe Hull one given recent games against them so I'd love to see us get a result there.

Wakey are on the up at the moment so that's a toughie.

Catalans could be a possible win if they continue their bad patch.

Cas are on the up too so that's a difficult game and Hudders have too much forward power at the moment for us to live with them.

6 points at the most possible I think.
